Kwik Links keeps a record of payment requests between businesses and their customers. Here is what we keep and why.

Businesses

We keep your business name, email, optional phone number and a scrambled form of your password (never the password itself). We use them to log you in and to show your name and phone on your Kwik links and receipts.

Customers

When a business sends you a Kwik link, it enters your name, what the payment is for and the amount. It may also enter your phone number and a delivery address. Only that business and anyone with the link can see them.

Payments

Kwik Links does not take or hold money. Cash goes from the customer to the business directly. The business marks a payment as paid when it receives the cash, and the customer's link then shows a Kwik receipt.

Who we share it with

No one. We don't sell data or show ads. Records are stored with Cloudflare, which runs Kwik Links.
